--------------------------- REFRESHERS: Beginner into Improver Saturday 5th January 1:30pm This class will recap BEGINNERS and BEGINNERS PLUS spins and variations, climbing, sitting, gripping skills, as well as going over the important strength drills. The aim is to get you ready to book in for IMPROVERS pole dancing classes. You may decide to re-take Beginners Plus instead if you find this recap class too fast/challenging. This is not a negative thing, and after just 6 weeks you will be ready to move up too! Not suitable for complete beginners. This class will move fast, and is aimed as a recap/reminder rather than first-time learning. You must have previously attended classes at 360 Pole Dancing to attend. REFRESHERS: Improver into Intermediate Invert Workshop Saturday 5th January 3:45pm
This class will *recap* important Improvers strength drills and basic inverts. The aim is to get you ready to book in for INTERMEDIATE pole dancing classes!!! This class is for *current* Improver students who have been poling over 9 months and want to move up a level to Intermediate. ALSO for: Intermediate students who have taken a break, and need to revisit important skills. This class will move fast, and is aimed as a recap/reminder rather than first-time learning. (You may be moved to another class at Instructor discretion) You must have previously attended classes at 360 Pole Dancing to attend. Strictly limited numbers. £15 for 90 minutes.
