At 360 Pole Dancing we specialise in "Stripper Style" Exotic Dance, and Sensual Movement. We want to be able to focus on specific types of movement and skills to broaden your dance ability - pole isn't just about the tricks. 

Every month, *first class of the month* will be "Floor and Flow" in your PAYG class. These will be marked on the Booking System, and will be noted on your email booking reminder. Bring your HEELS. KneePads/Legwarmers optional.

In these classes we wear high heels and work on dance movement, sequences, floorwork tricks, and transitions to feel more confident wearing heels while dancing, and learning to link moves!
Every session also includes "How to Walk in Heels"!!!

 

Please just book the regular PAYG class for your level between 1st-7th of the month.

Levels:

BEGINNERS FLOOR AND FLOW
Your first F&F will be in week 6 of your Beginners Course. Suitable for anyone new to Pole Dancing, and new to dancing in heels. All movement has one foot on the floor. 

IMPROVERS FLOOR AND FLOW
We will start to learn more complicated foot and hand-work, floor-to-pole and pole-to-floor transitions, and our first floorwork tricks. These classes are also suitable if you are a higher ability Pole Dancer, but have not danced in this style before. 

INTERMEDIATE FLOOR AND FLOW

We will learn longer Pole Flow sequences with floor-to-pole and pole-to-floor transitions, and more difficult floorwork tricks. It is recommended that you are able to complete backward/forward shoulder rolls on the floor. 

 

ADVANCED FLOOR AND FLOW
Similar to Intermediate F&F, learning longer pole flow sequences and including more difficult pole and floor tricks in heels! Intermediate polers welcome.
