Beginners - Discover Pole Dancing

Never tried something like this and want to dip your toe? Want to get an introduction to a new movement style and how to use your body in a new way? 

This experience is perfect for complete beginners who want to give pole a try before making a commitment to classes.

Join instructor Robyn Rooke for a 75 minute Introduction to Pole Dancing Taster Class. She will guide you through a short warm up, some basic pole safety, pole holds, transitions and spins, that will leave you feeling like a real pole dancer! 

No previous experience needed! 

Wear: Shorts so your legs can grip. Cover up with leggings/joggers for the warm up. 
Bare foot or socks.
No jewellery, including wedding rings and fitness watches.
No moisturiser on the day!
Bring a bottle of water.
