You will already have a wide range of inverted tricks, and be confident moving around the pole. It it suggested that you should be able to complete a shoulder-mount, extended butterfly, caterpillar, and air-invert, confidently, with good form/correct technique, to attend this class.
We will work on many strength, power and flexibility-based skills as well as more complicated aerial combinations and working on both sides! There's no room for "I can't" in this class!
If you are new to 360 Pole Dancing, you may be asked to attend a Pole Practice session first for an assessment on your ability level.
Advanced FLOOR & FLOW.
The first class of each month is "Floor & Flow" where we wear high heels and work on dance movement, sequences, floorwork tricks, and transitions to feel more confident wearing heels while dancing, and learning to link moves!
In Advanced F&F we will learn longer sequences and more difficult pole and floor tricks - in heels!

Rearrange/transfer your class via BOOKWHEN up to 48 hours before the class with no penalty. If you do not cancel/rearrange prior to the 48 hours you will lose the payment for the class.Payments to 360 Pole Dancing are non-refundable.
