New Beginners are invited to join our 6 week Introductory Beginners, and then Beginners Plus Courses, designed to provide a firm foundation in Pole Dancing. From there you can join our PAYG classes and other sessions going forward

What we do

Based in Bedminster, Bristol, 360 Pole Dancing teaches one of the most exciting, seductive and athletic forms of dance available!

Ever wanted to try something a little different, develop your core strength or amaze your friends? Pole dance offers all this and so much more. Taught in a friendly, constructive and safe environment, 360 Pole Dancing offers pole dancing lessons in Bristol to pupils of any level from absolute beginner to super advanced.

Pole Dancing involves flowing dance, spins, and gravity-defying tricks using a polished vertical metal bar. It is similar to PoleSports and Pole Fitness, but pole dancing in the authentic style includes all the little movements and flourishes that make it a beautiful performance art and not just a workout.

Pole Dancing can be sexy, sensual, and/or gymnastic. At 360 Pole Dancing the focus is on sexy fun, slinky moves, smooth transitions, flying spins, and all the crazy tricks you've seen on Instagram! We add heels and floorwork to pay homage to the dancers who created our art in the strip clubs.
