Beginners - 6 Week Course
This is a SIX WEEK set of lessons designed to give you a firm foundation in Pole Dancing as well as boost your confidence and strength.
We start with easy moves that don't require you to hold your entire body weight, along with basic strength exercises, so as the weeks go on you will find yourself spinning with ease.
By the end of the course you will even find yourself dancing in heels (bring your heels to week 6).
You will learn:
Foundation skills and safety aspects of pole dancing.
Climbing and sitting on the pole.
Pole Dance Flow sequences.
Dance, poses and floorwork with and without the pole.
A ROUTINE (in week 6).
There are over 20 skills to learn on this course!
You will receive a CERTIFICATE on completion of the course in week 6.
Your course is held at the same time each week for 6 weeks.
Poles are usually shared between 2 people.
[On very rare occasions there may be 3 per pole in popular classes]
The course must be paid for in advance and is non-refundable.

Please note that you will be required to arrive 15 minutes before class start time. Latecomers after the published class start time will not be admitted to the studio.

Payments are non-refundable or transferable.
Classes expire after 6 weeks.
If you are unable to attend and you cancel your class before 10am, you may switch to a different Beginner class within the same week, as offered by 360 Pole (subject to availability).
Cancellations must be received before 10am on the day of the class (by email or text) to be eligible to move your class to a different day.
