Beginners - 6 Week Course
This is a SIX WEEK set of lessons designed to give you a firm foundation in Pole Dancing as well as boost your confidence and strength.
We start with easy moves that don't require you to hold your entire body weight, along with basic strength exercises, so as the weeks go on you will find yourself spinning with ease.
By the end of the course you will even find yourself dancing in heels (bring your heels to week 6).
You will learn:
Foundation skills and safety aspects of pole dancing.
Climbing and sitting on the pole.
Pole Dance Flow sequences.
Dance, poses and floorwork with and without the pole.
A ROUTINE (in week 6).
There are over 20 skills to learn on this course!
You will receive a CERTIFICATE on completion of the course in week 6.
Your course is held at the same time each week for 6 weeks.
Maximum 2 students per pole.
The course must be paid for in advance and is non-refundable. Classes are non-transferrable.

LATENESS: Please note that you will be required to arrive 10 minutes before class start time. Latecomers after the published class start time will not be admitted to the studio.
