Held on a Wednesday evening our Sexy Stretch class starts with a sexy warm-up, and moves on to a long stretch session, focussing on areas such as the hips and back, that will keep your pole dancing sexy-flexy!
Please bring a Yoga Mat if you have one - we do have mats in the studio, but sometimes not enough to go around everyone in busy classes.
We can recommend bringing Yoga Bricks too.
It's best to wear leggings or yoga pants, and socks!
Attend every Stretch Class in a calendar month for £16
Cancelled/missed classes in the month can not rollover and will be lost.
Cancel a "single" class (by email or text) before 10am on the day of the class to be able to move your class to the following week. Single classes expire after 1 month.
