We offer fun hen parties in Bristol for groups of 6 or more. We have a large dedicated studio in Bedminster, Bristol, featuring professional dance poles - not scaffolding!
In your 2 hour hen party, you and your friends will learn some of the sexiest moves and poses including "Body Waves", "The Cat Pounce", "The Wrap Around", "The Back Slide" and "The Step Around". We will also show you how to really make an entrance! Don't forget to bring your favourite high heels. The focus is on sassy fun, and the pole dancing class is aimed at people of any ability.
The hen party will include a warm up and cool down.
We provide a bottle of pink bubbly and a gift for the hen or birthday girl, and certificates and sweeties for everyone! There will be lots of photo opportunities - so make sure you bring your camera.
At the end of the session, your instructor might show you some great pole tricks and what a lot of training and practice can achieve!
On Saturdays, we have 2-hour slots starting at 11am, 1:30pm or 4pm. Other days and times are available on request. Our hen parties are very popular, especially in the summer months, so book early to avoid disappointment.
Bedminster is just across the river from Bristol City Centre. The 360 Degrees Studio is less than 10 minutes drive from Cabot Circus. Free street parking outside. Approximately £10 in a Taxi.
You must be over 18 to attend a Pole Dancing Party. Unfortunately if you are pregnant or recently given birth, or had surgery, you will be unable to participate. Also there may be some medical conditions that require consent from your doctor. All participants will be required to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire and an Informed Consent Form, online, 24 hours in advance.
